Privacy Policy – Rislone AI

This Privacy Policy explains how Rislone AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you interact with our Instagram account(s) and messaging services that use the Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. Information We Collect

When you send a message to our Instagram account, we may receive and process:

Your Instagram-scoped user ID (a unique identifier provided by Instagram)
Your Instagram username, name and profile picture, where made available by Instagram
The content of the messages you send to us (text, images, attachments, reactions)
Message timestamps and related technical metadata

We do not collect your Instagram password, and we do not access messages you send to other accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to:

Receive, read and reply to your messages, including with automated (AI-assisted) responses
Provide customer support and answer questions about our products and services
Keep a history of our conversation so we can assist you consistently
Improve the quality and accuracy of our responses
Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse or abuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Automated Responses

Some replies to your messages may be generated automatically using artificial intelligence. You can ask to speak with a human at any time by saying so in the conversation.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate the service (for example hosting, database and AI processing providers), under agreements that require them to protect your data
Meta Platforms, Inc., as the operator of Instagram, according to Meta's own terms and privacy policy
Authorities, when required by law

5. Data Retention

We keep message data only as long as needed to provide support and for the purposes described above, and no longer than 12 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to:

Learn whether we process your personal data and request a copy of it
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
File a complaint with your data protection authority

8. Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of all data we hold about you:

Send an email to ismail@carpower.com.tr with the subject "Data Deletion Request", and include your Instagram username; or
Send us a message on Instagram saying "Delete my data".

We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
